TaikOz drumming workshop
Taiko is for everyone – an introductory Taiko workshop
If you would like to learn how to play the awe-inspiring Japanese taiko, join members of TaikOz for a 90 minute Taiko is for Everyone session. This workshop is open to all ages (recommended 16 years and above). Prior musical training is not a requirement.
In this workshop you will:
– experience first-hand the amazing sound of the taiko by learning some basic techniques and a short piece of music
– learn about the history and the concepts behind the Art of Wadaiko (taiko drumming)
– enjoy making music with other people and receive a good physical workout!
It is open to all ages (recommended 16 years and above). However participants under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Participants are able to purchase a ticket to the production of CRIMSON SKY at concession price. From 6pm the Olive and Luca pop-up diner, and bar, will be open.
