NORPA is committed to working with, and for, young people. Our youth and education programs have included theatre clubs, school holiday workshops, in-school theatre performances and workshops, training intensives, work experience and training placements.   

Prior to COVID and the flood, NORPA was attracting over 5,000 young people to our programs a year, predominantly held within our home venue at Lismore City Hall.  

Now, we look forward to focusing on strategic initiatives to increase our engagement within the region by presenting activities in venues and spaces that already attract young people while exploring our own unique model of theatre making.
