The Village Circuit is NORPA’s new way of sharing theatre more widely — a summer tour that connects our towns and centres across the Northern Rivers in a loop of live performance. Each stop is part of a bigger story: a cultural trail that circles through our communities, year after year.
Every summer, NORPA will bring an exciting production to local venues, so you can enjoy a night of top-quality entertainment right in your backyard. Like the markets, the show, or the footy season, the Village Circuit becomes part of our shared calendar — an annual event to look forward to with friends and family.
Expect theatre that’s fun, thought-provoking, and full of powerful stories — some from right here in the Northern Rivers, others with a global view. Whatever you see, it’ll give you something to talk about long after the curtain comes down.
In 2026 the Prima Facie, by Suzie Miller, will be our inaugural Village Circuit production, travelling to Byron Bay, Murwillumbah, Tweed Heads, Kyogle, Grafton and Lismore.
