Associate Producer

Position Overview
NORPA is seeking an Associate Producer to support the delivery of our creative program and work closely with the Artistic Director and Lead Producer, and NORPA team across the development, production and presentation of contemporary theatre and artist-led projects.
This role is ideal for a passionate, detail-oriented emerging or early-career producer who is eager to build industry experience, professional networks and producing skills within a supportive, values-led organisation.
Working across multiple projects at different stages, the Associate Producer plays a key role in coordinating artists, schedules, communications and project delivery — helping turn ideas into shared experiences for audiences and communities.
