Company Administrator

Position Overview

As our Company Administrator You play a central role in our small and effective creative team.  You provide administrative support across a range of functions to the NORPA team, including a key role in finance processing, box office, project support, meeting and event coordination, information technology and office management.

You are key to the smooth running of the company with strong time management and communication skills; a proactive, can-do approach; the ability to multitask; customer service skills; and willingness to adapt and be flexible.

About you

You will enjoy being busy across a wide variety of activities; possess excellent attention to detail, and strong time management and communication skills; take pride in Your customer service skills and ability to multitask.  Most of all, You will have a willingness to creatively adapt and be flexible with a proactive, can-do approach.

Production and Technical Lead

Position Overview

As Production & Technical Lead, You play a key role within NORPA’s small team, helping to shape and deliver our new program and business model as we establish our new home, The Joinery, and implement our 2025- 28 Strategic Plan presenting high quality theatre throughout the region. 

The functions of this role have been delivered by various contractors in recent years while NORPA rebuilt following the 2022 floods. NOW, with an exciting 2026 program ahead and The Joinery space coming online, we’re seeking a skilled, passionate, and hands-on production professional to bring technical leadership, operational expertise, and creative problem-solving to our next chapter. 

About the role 

You will oversee the technical and production requirements across NORPA’s program, assets and production venues/sites across the region and beyond.  Working closely with the artistic/creative teams, You will be responsible for:
