GETTING YOUR TICKETS

How will I receive my tickets?

Tickets are delivered as eTickets and emailed to the address provided at the time of booking. Tickets can be printed, or displayed and scanned on a smartphone at the venue.

I’ve lost my ticket, what do I do?

Search your Inbox for emails from [email protected] or ‘Northern Rivers Performing Arts’.
If you still can’t find your eTicket, contact the Box Office at least 24 hours before the performance and we can resend it. If it’s less than 24 hours till your performance, see Box Office staff at the venue.


CONCESSIONS AND GROUPS

What concessions do you accept?

We offer concession priced tickets to supported cardholders, including:

Concessions must be valid at the time of booking and apply per ticket. Valid ID may be requested on arrival at the theatre.

Do you offer discounts for group bookings?

For selected productions, discounted group pricing may be available. Refer to details listed under Tickets on the event page. Group bookings are subject to availability.


ACCESS BOOKINGS

Auslan

We offer concession price tickets for Auslan users at Auslan Interpreted performances.
To book online, choose the Auslan performance date, then select AUSLAN tickets. Or, contact [email protected] 02 6622 0300 and specify Auslan requirements.

Wheelchair bookings

To book wheelchair seating, please contact [email protected] 02 6622 0300.

Companion cards

NORPA accepts Companion Cards for all productions. Provide the Companion Card details when booking your ticket and you will be required to pay only for your own ticket, a second ticket will be issued for your companion at no charge. Bookings must be made by calling Box Office.


EXCHANGES, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Can I exchange my tickets?

For most NORPA productions, tickets may be exchanged up to 24 hours before your performance. You can exchange tickets to another date of the same production, subject to availability. Please contact Box Office via phone or email to exchange your ticket.

Refunds

All bookings are non refundable except in unusual circumstances such as a performance cancellation. Tickets are sold in accordance with the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice.

I’ve missed my performance. What can I do?

Unfortunately once a performance has passed, we’re unable to exchange tickets and a new ticket will need to be purchased.

The performance I have tickets for has been cancelled. What do I do?

If your performance has been cancelled, our Box Office will be in touch with the person who made the booking to discuss next steps. You will be eligible for an exchange, refund, or gift voucher for a future production.


TICKET SAFETY & AUTHORISED SELLERS

NORPA is the primary authorised ticket seller for our events. For some productions, tickets may also be available through the venue. We recommend purchasing only through authorised sellers, as tickets obtained elsewhere may be invalid, cancelled or fraudulent.
