A somatic dance and movement workshop

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

A somatic movement workshop to connect with the living, sensing, feeling nature of our bodies and Country. With curiosity as a wayfarer, participants are invited to explore different ways of moving, sensing and feeling that are guided from within. We’ll use felt memory and imagination as tools for connecting with the waters, earth and sky country that raised us, and continues to hold us, through our moving bodies. A 90 minute experience of slowing down, reclaiming the pace of your body, exploring authentic and intuitive movement while sensing and feeling the interconnectedness of ourselves as part of Country.
